Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible orders.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in the original packaging
Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Items returned without original tags
Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Exchanges
Need a different size or color
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:

Include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size issues, preference changes, or accidental orders.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Loomindo will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
