Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days

Available throughout the United States.

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 2–4 Business Days

Available for select locations within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.


Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.

Free shipping promotions may vary during special sales and seasonal campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.


Shipping Destinations

Currently, Loomindo Official ships within the United States.

We may expand to additional countries in the future.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered:

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

Loomindo Official is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

However, if you experience issues with delivery, we will do our best to assist you.

Loomindo Official is not responsible for:

Lost packages marked as delivered

Delays caused by weather conditions

Carrier service interruptions

Customs or government actions

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number.

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

You will receive tracking details for each shipment if applicable.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipment, orders cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
